[Spotykach] Preparation meeting in March?

what about February 24 to 26? the other alternative is 17-19 March, I'm 
never too sure what is best for a prep meeting, earlier or later. If 
it's later then logistical arrangements are clearer, but there might be 
too many things to do and an earlier date might give us more time to 
distribute tasks for programme preparation...I hope you (Jane and other 
prep team volunteers...) can do one of the above dates though!
