Citizens Trade Campaign zur einer telefonischen Pressekonferenz am
morgigen Mittwoch (27.4.).

In der Pressekonferenz begründen Angeordnete, Gewerkschafter/innen sowie
Vertreter/innen zivilgesellschaftlicher Organisationen den wachsenden
Protest gegen Freihandelsabkommen wie TPP und TTIP in den USA.

On the occasion of the 13th round of Transatlantic Trade and Investment
Partnership (TTIP) negotiations taking place in New York City, New York
City Council Member Helen Rosenthal will be joined with leading experts
from the trade union, environment, and to discuss the current U.S.
political realities underlying the bipartisan revolt against the
corporate agenda embodied in trade agreements like the Trans-Pacific
Partnership (TPP) and TTIP. They will also share U.S. views of key
sticking points in the TTIP negotiations, including procurement,
investment, and regulatory cooperation.
