<P>here in london there is a "new right" group which describes itself as 'national anarchist' .</P>

<P><FONT face=Arial size=2>already, the PGA belgrade conference was ready to make concessions to fascists and allow members of fascist organisations into their conferences. we opposed this until the postition was retracted. however it seems that the PGA has broken totally with consensus decision and is becoming more hierarchically organised. the further influence of the new right would be most crippling.</FONT></P>
