[Spotykach] Preparation meeting in March?

Dear all,

we also should finalise a date for a preparation meeting in Berlin. I know
you proposed dates in February already Jane but that was not possible for
me personally. I hope you can do any of these:

March, Fri 3 - Sun 5
March, Fri 10 - Sun 12

Those that can help with the logistical arrangements and programme
preparation of the conference, please let us know if you can make any of
these dates.
