schleuder-cli version 0.2.0 released

Hello,

today, "only" 6 years after the release of version 0.1.0, schleuder-cli 
0.2.0 has been released. None of us knows why it took so long – sorry!

This release (finally) ships the fix for compatibility with Ruby 
versions 3.0 and later, improves the UX a little, and updates one and 
adds another rubygem-dependency.
There's no breaking change in this release.
