schleuder-cli 0.1.0 released

schleuder version 0.1.0 has been released!

This release adds a new sub-command to `lists`:
`send-list-key-to-subscriptions`.
Additionally when subscribing an address, fingerprint and key-file are
mutually exclusive now.
No further bugfixes are contained.
