* War Starts Here Camp 2014 - Programm *

Wir haben Spannendes mit Euch vor! Da das Camp dieses Jahr einen
Prozess der Öffnung, Vernetzung und strömungsübergreifenden
Annäherung beinhaltet, möchten wir die Anwesenheit
unterschiedlicher Zusammenhänge auch für die inhaltliche
Auseinandersetzung nutzen. Das Programm und seine Inhalte sollen
spannende Diskussionen und Workshops, solidarische Kritik und
Auseinandersetzung möglich machen. Daher möchten wir Euch ein
wenig provozieren, Euch zu beteiligen, Eure spezifischen Inhalte
und Analysen zu präsentieren und Euch auf offene (und vielleicht
manchmal schwere) Diskussionen vorzubereiten. Ziel ist es sich
kennenzulernen, Vorurteile abzubauen und in eine gemeinsame
Diskussion jenseits der altbekannten Floskeln einzutauchen.

Montags angefangen mit Analysen zu Ursachen des Krieges & Facetten
der Militarisierung & Aufstandsbekämpfung, um Dienstag Aussen und
Innen der alltäglichen Militarisierung zu benennen, wollen wir am
Mittwoch Erfahrungen lokaler Kämpfe austauschen um internationale
Netzwerke zu spinnen und Donnerstag endlich konkrete Utopien und
Perspektiven, auch strömungsübergreifend denken, damit der Freitag
für den Aktionstag in vollen Gange kommt.

Aufbau und Konzert

Vormittags: Eröffnungsplenum mit Vorstellung des GÜZ (BI OFFENe
HEIDe) und des War Starts Here Camps - Eine kleine Zwischenbilanz:
Warum das Camp am GÜZ? Was war die letzten Jahre auf dem Camp und
drumherum los? - Ein Ausblick auf's diesjährige Camp: Wie
läufts's? Was haben wir vor: Analysen austauschen, Kontroversen
diskutieren, Gegenstrategien entwickeln

Tagsüber: Workshops zu Militarisierung, Krieg & Aufstandsbekämpfung

Abendplenum: Verschiedene Initiativen und Zusammenhänge aus
unterschiedlichen politischen Strömungen stellen provokativ ihre
Analyse zu Ursachen von Krieg, Militarisierung und
Aufstandsbekämpfung in den Raum und eröffnen damit die gemeinsame
Diskussion im Abendplenum

Morgens:Orga-Plenum

Tagsüber: Workshops zum Thema Militarisierung & Aufstandsbekämpfung;
Schwerpunkt: Auswirkungen und Formen Innerer und Äußerer Militarisierung

Abendplenum: Das Verhältnis von Militarisierung nach innen und
außen kontrovers diskutiert

Morgens:Orga-Plenum

Tagsüber: Workshops zu lokalen Kämpfen & Widerstandsstrategien
international

Abendplenum: Vom Austausch über lokale Kämpfe hinzu internationalen
Gegenstrategien
Was können wir voneinander lernen? Welche Ansätze und Mittel haben
wir? Welche Schwierigkeiten und Stärken ergeben sich? Wie können
wir uns international solidarisch aufeinander beziehen und unsere
Kämpfe verbinden? Wie und was können wir aktuellen Kriegen
entgegensetzen?

--DONNERSTAG--

Morgens: Orga-Plenum

Vormittags: Offenes Perspektivplenum War Starts Here (Camp) 2015
Soll es ein nächstes Camp geben? An welchem Ort sollte es
stattfinden? Wie geht es weiter mit dem Widerstand gegen das GÜZ
und Schnöggersburg? Braucht es einen Kristallisationspunkt für
eine antimilitaristische Bewegung? Wollen wir uns weiterhin an
einem gemeinsamen Ort zum Austausch von Strategien und Widerstand
gegen Krieg und Militarisierung treffen?

Nachmittags: Workshops zum Thema Utopien. Wie könnte eine andere
Gesellschaft aussehen? Sammelsorium verschiedener Utopien und
Widerstandsmöglichkeiten

Abendplenum: Verschiedene Strömungen - gemeinsame
antimilitaristische Perspektive(n)? "Wie können wir so stark
werden, dass..." Diskussion im Kontext des Camps als gelebte
Utopie vom herrschaftsfreien und selbstorganisierten Raum

Vormittags: Plenum zum Aktionstag

Tagsüber: Workshops zur Vorbereitung des Aktionstags, Workshops zu
rechtlichen Rahmen bezüglich Militär, GÜZ & Aktionstag

gemeinsame antimilitaristische Perspektiven, Camp 2015 & GÜZ als
Kristallisationspunkt

* War Starts Here Camp 2015 - Agenda *

We are up to interesting things with you! As the Camp includes a process
of opening, interconnection and approach of different political currents
this year, we want to use to the presence of different initiatives for
discussions of content as well. The agenda and its topics are supposed
to enable fascinating discussions and workshops, solidary criticism and
debate. That´s why we want to provoke you a little to participate, to
present your specific analyses and to prepare for open (and sometimes
maybe hard) discussions. The goal is to get to know each other, break
down prejudices and immerse yourself in a joint discussion beyond the
well-known phrases.

Starting on Monday with analyses concerning root causes of war and
facets of militarisation & counterinsurgency, we name the in- and
outside of everyday militaristaion on Tuesday and want to exchange our
experience of local struggle in order to spin an international network
on Wednesday while on Thursday we will finally think of concrete utopias
and perspectives, beyond political currents, so that we are able to plan
the day of action on Friday.

Forenoon: Opening plenum with presentation of the GÜZ (BI OFFENe HEIDe)
and the War Starts Here Camp – Interim results: Why this camp at the
GÜZ? What happened in the last years in and around the Camp? - An
outlook on this years´ camp: How is it going? What do we plan: Exchange
analyses, discuss contoverses, develop counterstrategies

During the day: Workshops on militarisation, war & counterinsurgency

Evening: different initiatives from different political currents
provocatively present their analyses on the root causes of war,
militarisation and  counterinsurgency and open the collective discussion
of the plenum

--TUESDAY--

Morning: plenum for orga

During the day: workshops concerning militarisation and
counterinsurgency; emphasis on effects and forms of inner and outward
militarisation

Evening: plenum on the relation of militarisation towards the interior
and the outer controversly discussed

--WEDNESDAY--

Morning: plenum for orga

During the day: Workshops on local struggle & strategies for
international resistance

Evening: plenum from exchange over local struggle to international
counterstrategy
What can we learn from each other? What approaches and means do we have?
What difficulties and strengths arise? How can we relate on each other
soliarily on an international level and join our struggle? How and what
can we oppose to todays wars?

--THURSDAY--

Morning: plenum for orga

Forenoon: open plenum for perspectives on the War Starts Here (Camp) 2015
Should there be a next camp? In which location will it take place? How
does the resistance against the GÜZ and Schöggerburg continue? Is there
a need for a point of cristallisation in the antimilitaristic mouvement?
Do we want to continue meeting on a collective location for exchange of
strategies and resistance against war and militarisation?

Afternoon: Workshops concerning utopias. How could another society look
like? Conglomeration of different utopias and possibilities of resistance

Evening: plenum: Different currents – common antimilitaristic
perspective(s)? “How can we become that strong, that...” discussions in
the context of the camp as a practised utopia of a nonhierarchical and
self organized space

During the day: workshops for preparation for the day of action,
workshops for the legal frame concerning the military, GÜZ and the day
of action
