Rostock (OZ) Der Ministerpräsident und seine Frau schliefen , die
Sicherheitsbeamten offenbar auch. . . In der Nacht vom vergangenen Sonntag zum
Montag verübten bislang unbekannte Täter einen Anschlag auf das Wohnhaus von
Harald Ringstorff in einem Dorf bei Warin (Landkreis Parchim). Das bestätigte
gestern der Chef des Landeskriminalamts, Ingmar Weitemeier. Der Staatsschutz
ermittelt.

Durchgeführt wurde die Aktion wie ein Kommandounternehmen. Die Täter warfen
mehrere Steine sowie mit schwarzer Lackfarbe gefüllte Beutel und Glasbehälter
auf das Grundstück des Regierungschefs. Einige trafen Fenster und Wände des
hell verklinkerten Hauses. Verletzt wurde niemand.

Gestern tauchte der Bekennerbrief einer Gruppe "Peuple de Seattle" (P.D.S.) auf,
der der OZ vorliegt und in Hamburg aufgegeben wurde. Darin macht die Gruppe den
SPD-Politiker verantwortlich, Asylbewerber in Lager zu "zwingen und gewaltsam
abzuschieben" sowie den G 8-Gipfel 2007 nach Heiligendamm geholt zu haben. Wer
das tue, "soll zu Hause auch keinen Frieden finden". Es folgt die genaue
Anschrift Ringstorffs.

Die Unterzeichner, die sich auch als "TeilnehmerInnen der militanten Kampagne
gegen den G 8 in Heiligendamm" ausgeben, drohen mit weiteren Anschlägen.
Wörtlich: ". . . wir wissen, dass nicht alle wichtigen Funktionsträger und
Institutionen in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern in den nächsten Monaten geschützt
werden können, auch wenn PDS und SPD im Landeshaushalt bereits 10 Mio. für
Sicherheitskosten beim G 8-Gipfel bewilligt haben."

Doch die in Zukunft geplanten Aktionen der Gruppe sollen sich nicht nur gegen
Politiker richten. "Hotels, Gastronomie und die Fremdenverkehrsbetriebe von
Mecklenburg-Vorpommern", warnen die G 8-Gegner, "sollten sich genau überlegen,
ob sie an dem Herrschaftsspektakel Anfang Juni 2007 partizipieren wollen." Dann
deutlicher: "Denn MV tut nicht allen gut."

Ministerpräsident Ringstorff reagierte gestern gelassen auf den Anschlag.
"Sicher ist das sehr ärgerlich", sagte er der OZ. "Farbbeutel können aber
Argumente nicht ersetzen." Das LKA wollte sich gestern weder zu den
Ermittlungen noch zur tatsächlichen Bedrohung durch die Gruppe äußern. Ein
Hamburger Verfassungsschützer sagte gegenüber der OZ, dass eine militante
Gruppe namens P.D.S. nicht bekannt sei. Die Drohungen im Bekennerschreiben
solle man in Schwerin aber ernst nehmen. Noch unklar ist, wie es überhaupt zu
dem Anschlag auf den Ministerpräsidenten kommen konnte. Sein Haus ist schwer
einzusehen und dazu rund um die Uhr bewacht. Eigentlich. In Ermittlerkreisen
hieß es gestern, die diensthabenden Beamten waren auf Streife. . .

En hier de oproep...

....Tijd voor iets totaal anders.

Een wereldwijde oproep geschreven te campinski, Augustus 2006

Vele oproepen zoals deze zijn reeds in het verleden gemaakt - aan mensen om hun
protest te uiten tegen een onrechtvaardig, oneerlijk, ongelijk internationaal
systeem.
De G8 top vertegenwoordigd hier slechts één deel van. Vele mensen hebben
oproepen gelanceerd om te mobiliseren in de hoop dat netwerken uit zichzelf
zouden beginnen groeien. Hoewel we onzeker zijn of we deze keer het juiste
recept hebben, zullen we proberen te vermijden dezelfde vergissingen te maken.
Wij, de internationale werkgroep voor verzet tegen de volgende G8, zijn gewoon
een groep mensen die in een veld zitten en de wereld willen veranderen.

We roepen mensen over heel de wereld op om ons te vervoegen in het uitbreiden
van de basis voor een sterk en effectief verzet hier en nu tegen de G8 top in
Heiligendamm in 2007 - en in de toekomst - tegen het volledige vervloekte
kapitalistische circus.

Verder kijkend dan deze mobilisatie, zullen we hiervan de bouwstenen maken van
een sterk, continu globaal verzet dat kracht put uit haar diversiteit. We
roepen op tot de vorming van duurzame netwerken die discussies en ideeën
uitwisselen over de grenzen heen, zodat deze grenzen in de toekomst voor ons
irrelevant worden.

Om het verzet tegen de G8 zo effectief mogelijk te maken willen we de
participatie van mensen over heel de wereld vergemakkelijken - in de
voorbereiding, het uitwisselen van ervaringen en in de acties zelf - zowel in
Duitsland als daarbuiten.

In de praktijk betekent dit het volgende:
We zullen een nieuwsbrief lanceren die in de eerste plaats moet dienen om
informatie te verschaffen over de voorbereidingen en discussies in Duitsland en
daarbuiten. Daarnaast komt er een Engelstalige website en een mailinglist die
als communicatiemiddel dienstdoet tussen de werkgroep en activisten. Op die
manier kunnen we op voorhand een sterk internationaal netwerk creëren. Om deze
doelen te bereiken vragen we aan jou om informatie, ervaringen, thema's,
actievormen en ideeën voor het verzet in de praktijk bij te dragen. We vragen
ook alle mogelijke hulp bij de vertaling en verspreiding van informatie - de
creatie van een poel vertalers om de informatie voor iedereen toegankelijk te
houden en vrijwilligers om te helpen bij het drukken en verspreiden van de
nieuwsbrief in hun lokale gemeenschappen.

We nodigen iedereen uit om zich in de werkgroep zelf te engageren. In het
bijzonder nodigen we je uit om deel te nemen aan de internationale meeting in
het eerste of tweede weekend van februari. De locatie voor deze meeting is nog
niet gekozen maar deze zal buiten Duitsland liggen. Tijdens de meeting zal er
tijd zijn voor iedereen om op dreef te geraken zodat we allemaal op gelijke
voet kunnen deelnemen. Om mensen in staat te stellen zowel op de internationale
plannende meeting als de protesten in Duitsland aanwezig te zijn zullen we
juiste, up to date, praktische informatie verschaffen over het verkrijgen van
visas en reizen. Indien mogelijk zullen we ook helpen visas financieren.

Deze en vele andere projecten van de werkgroep hebben geld nodig, daarom doen we
ook een oproep aan allen die kunnen meehelpen het nodige geld bij elkaar te
krijgen.

We zullen helpen zowel de besluitvorming als de acties zo open en breed mogelijk
te houden, door te coördineren en duidelijke en relevante informatie te
verschaffen, alsook toegankelijke manieren om te communiceren.

We willen verandering - niet enkel voor onze kinderen, maar ook voor ons.

We roepen je op om samen met ons deze mobilisatie om te vormen tot nieuwe
escalatie, een volgende nagel in de doodskist van het internationale
kapitalisme.

.... and now for something more and completely different.

A global call written at anti-G8 "Camp Inski", Northern Germany, August 2006

Many calls like this have been made before - for people to voice their protests
against an unjust, unfair, unequal international system. The G8 summit
represents just one part of this. Many have called for mobilisations and hoped
networks would grow on their own. Although unsure whether or not we have the
right recipe, we will try to avoid making the same mistake. We, the
International Working Group on resistance against the next G8, are just a group
of people sitting in a field, wanting to change the world.
We call for people all over the world to join us in expanding the basis for a
strong and effective resistance here and now against the G8 summit in
Heiligendamm in 2007 - and in the future - against the entire bloody capitalist
circus.

Looking beyond this mobilisation, we will make this the next building block of a
strong, continuous global resistance, drawing strength from our diversities. We
call for the creation of lasting networks sharing and expanding discussions and
ideas across borders, which in the future will make it unnecessary for us to
even consider them.

To make resistance against the G8 as effective as possible we wish to facilitate
the participation of people across the world - in the preparations, sharing
their experience and in the actions themselves - both abroad and in Germany.

Practically this means several things:
We will publish a two-way newsletter - firstly to provide relevant news and
information about the preparations and discussions in Germany and abroad. In
addition to this, there will be an English language website and mailing list as
a forum for communication between the working group and activists, creating a
strong international network in advance. To achieve these goals we call for you
to contribute with information, experiences, issues, forms of action, views and
ideas for practical resistance. Also we call for help with translation and
distribution of information - the creation of a pool of translators to help
make information accessible to everybody and volunteers to help by printing and
distributing the newsletter to their local communities.

We invite everyone interested to get involved in the working group itself.
Especially we invite you to participate in the international meeting in the
first or second weekend of February, 2007. The location for the meeting has not
yet been selected but it will be outside of Germany. The meeting will provide a
space for everyone to get up to speed so we can all participate on an equal
footing. To enable people to be present both at the upcoming international
planning meeting and at the protests in Germany we will provide real, up to
date, practical information about aquiring visas and travelling, and if
possible to help financing visas.

This and many other projects of the working group will require funding,
therefore we also call for all who are able to help raise the funds needed.

We will help make the process as well as the actions open as widely as possible,
by coordinating and providing clear and relevant information as well as easily
accessible ways of communicating.

We want change - not just for our children, but for ourselves.

We call for you to join us in making this mobilisation yet another stepping
stone, another nail in the coffin of international capitalism.

Liebe Sympathisanten/Innen, Aktivisten/Innen, Mitmenschen

Am 16. Sept. 2006 ist es wieder soweit: Diesmal mit abgeändertem Namen
organisiert wir - die Aktionsgruppe "Dance out WEF" - eine Strassenparade durch
die Berner Innenstadt. Als neuen Namen haben wir "Dance out Mon€ymania" gewählt.
Wir wollen damit auf die Folgen des masslosen, unüberlegten Konsums jedes/r
einzelnen hinweisen und einmal mehr zeigen, dass man den Menschen auch mit
beschränkten, einfachen Mitteln Freude bereiten kann. Wir hoffen, der
Gesellschaft auf diese Weise etwas unserer - für uns zentralen - Grundhaltung
zukommen zu lassen: Nicht materieller Besitz, sondern innerer, seelischer und
geistiger Reichtum soll als zentrales Lebensziel erkannt werden.

Wir versammeln uns um 15 Uhr im Schwellenmätteli. Zwei Stunden später beginnt
der Umzug. Er führt via Dalmazibrücke, Matte, Bärengraben, Zytglogge bis auf
den Bundesplatz. Die Parade endet voraussichtlich gegen 23 Uhr vor der
Reitschule. Eine Afterparty im Anschluss ist noch in Planung.

Wie an den vergangenen Paraden werden verschiedene Soundcrews mit ihren Wagen
für Stimmung sorgen. Mit diversen Musikstilen (Punk, Goa, Drum'n'Bass, Minimal,
HipHop...) werden sie alle Geschmäcker ansprechen. Zudem richtet sich der Fokus
der Parade noch verstärkt auf politische Inhalte: In Zusammenarbeit mit
verschiedenen Gruppierungen versuchen wir anhand konkreter Bespiele die
tödlichen Auswirkungen des modernen Wirtschaftsdenkens zu illustrieren. Die
Mitarbeit weiterer interessierter Kreise ist erwünscht. Bitte meldet euch bei
uns!

Am Wochenende vom 1. - 3. September 2006 findet im Paradisli zudem ein
Infoworkshop statt, an dem wir die politischen Inhalte koordinieren und
Transparente, Plakate und Flugblätter für die Parade gestalten werden.
Jedermann und jedefrau ist dazu (auch unangemeldet) herzlich eingeladen. Für
Medien besteht zudem die Möglichkeit, "direkt an der Quelle" Interviews zu
machen, Fotos zu schiessen und Videos zu drehen.

Wir hoffen, dass auch Sie sich für eine Teilnahme an unserer Parade begeistern
lassen, und möchten Sie bitten, diesen Aufruf an alle Freunde/innen,
MitarbeiterInnen, Interessierte, Musikbegeisterte usw. weiterzuleiten. Wir

A call to protest against ASEM summit in Helsinki 9th-11th of September 2006

>From 10th to 11th of September sixth ASEM (Asia-Europe Meeting) summit will take
place in Helsinki, it will be the biggest top level meeting ever organized in
Finland. There will be delegations from all EU countries and 13 East-Asian
countries. Besides heads of the states and the governments, there will be 2000
delegates in the summit. The priorities of the Helsinki summit are "Support for
the multilateral international system", "Addressing security threats (including
global health threats such as the avian flu)", "Questions related to energy
security and climate change ", "Support for a conclusion of the negotiations on
the WTO/DDA", "Questions relating to globalization, competitiveness and
structural changes in the global economy" and "Intercultural dialogue".

Blowing up 13 million euros for common portraits and noncommittal resolutions
without a doubt appears to elites of Finland and EU worth of the price. It is
hard to imagine global capitalism of today without two floor system, where mass
production is carried in countries where authoritarian governance guarantees low
cost of labor. One does not find human rights in list of priorities of ASEM.
Today EU elite does not even pretend to influence to human rights situation in
Burma, China or Vietnam, except when blackmailing even more suitable conditions
for investments. Cheaper the consumer goods "multilateral international system"
may provide to inhabitants of the western countries, more it may allow them
"democracy", "human rights" and clean environment on an exclusive basis. It is
also crucial for elites of the western states to minimize dependency from
section of the Western labor for which it has not bearable work to offer. But
during top-level summits, we are asked to give up our illusory freedom, and to
submit to police and surveillance everywhere.

Maintaining "multilateral international system" becomes even more difficult. We
heard news about peasants and sweatshop workers rioting all around China on
almost a daily basis. The least we can do together to support them is to bring
at least a bit of disorder to streets of Helsinki as well.

(From 6th to 7th of December 2005 peasants were battling People's Army of China
in village of Dongzhou in coast of Southern China. 10-20 villagers were
killed).

In parallel to protests against ASEM, there will be an anarchist counter summit
in Helsinki from 8th to 10th of September. From 8th to 9th of September there
will be an open event presenting anarchist ideas and projects for everyone, and
in Sunday there will be planning for future actions. Our demonstration against
ASEM summit will take place in Saturday evening, place and time of the
convergence will be announced later on.
